The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, section 11, line 8, by striking the words “scan and record” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“scan, record, and make available online when determined to be financially feasible by the county commission”;

And;

On page one, section 11, line 12, after the words “are followed” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and by inserting the following proviso to read as follows:

“: Provided further, That any documents in an electronic format are stored on a server off site, such as a cloud based server, to retain a backup copy of electronic documents.”
